NMU000349: A storm water compliance inspection was conducted 11/14/02 by NMED. It was determined at that time that Air Midwest had not applied for permit coverage under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Storm Water Activities. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was inadequate. Inspections were not being conducted in accordance with permit requirements. An administrative order was drafted to address these and other violations.
