As a result of a citizen's compliant, a TCEQ inspector out of the Tyler, TX, office, conducted a drive-by inspection of a site of approx 40 acres in Reno, TX, a suburb of Paris, TX. There were no observable storm water controls. A search of the NOI data base showed no application for coverage under the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges From Construction Sites. An administrative order was drafted.
