A compliance evaulation inspection was conducted 7/25/2002, at which time it was determined that the Mansions Custom Homes, LP, did not have coverage under the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges From Construction Activities,nor did they have a SWPPP available for review. Adminstrative order CWA-06-2003-1800 was issued to address these violations. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within thirty days, Respondent shall take whatever corrective action is necessary to correct the deficiencies and eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and submit a written report detailing the specific actions taken; 2) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within thirty days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 3) Within forty-five days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA
