Adminstrative order CWA-06-2003-1800 was issued to address these violations. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within thirty days, Respondent shall take whatever corrective action is necessary to correct the deficiencies and eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and submit a written report detailing the specific actions taken; 2) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within thirty days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 3) Within forty-five days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA
