All erosion and sediment control measures and other protective measures identified in the SWPPP are not being maintained and are not in effective operating condition. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within thirty days, Respondents shall take whatever corrective action is necessary to correct the deficiencies, eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and submit a written report detailing the specific actions taken; 2) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within thirty days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 4) Within forty-five days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA
