Case summary
A compliance evaluation inspection was performed july 25, 2002, as a result of a citizen's complaint. Western Rim Investors had permit coverage; however, there was no SWPPP on-site for review as required by the permit. There were also no inspection reports available for review as required. Site housekeeping practices also appeared to be neglected. An adminstrative order was issued to address these violations. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within 30 days, Respondent shall take whatever corrective action necessary to correct the deficiencies and eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and submit a written report detailing the specific actions taken; 2) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within thirty days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 3) Within 45 days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA
