VIOLATION: 1) Unauthorized discharges noted during EPA inspection; and 2) Onshore oil and gas producers are required to contail or dispose of produced waters in a manner protective of the environment, including underground injection. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Upon receipt of this Order, the Respondent immediately shall cease all unpermitted discharges of pollutants from the facility; 2) Within thirty days, the Respondent shall take the listed corrective action necessary to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations; and 3) Within thirty days, Respondent shall schedule and meet with and EPA Field Inspector to confirm that the listed tasks have been completed
