VIOLATION: Unauthorized discharge from the facility. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Upon receipt of this Order, the Respondent immediately shall cease all unpermitted discharges of pollutants from the facility and take necessary measures to prevent future discharges; ; 2) Within fifteen days, the Respondent shall prepare a written report regarding the discharge which occurred; and 3) Within fifteen days the Respondent shall submit a comprehensive written plan for the elimination of the violations.
