A compliant, compliance order, and notice of opportunity for hearing was filed against K Industries of Apache, OK, On September 8, 2003. A sight assessment visit was conducted at K Industries on November 6, 2002, and a subsequent Compliance evaluation inspection was conducted on February 12 and 13, 2003.
