RELIEF: (a)within 60 days provide documentation that all hazardous waste will be properly characterized upon generation; (b)within 60 days discontinue use of the open pit-tank or meet the permit exemption requirements regarding tanks; (c)immediately ensure that excess waste in containers stored in satellite accumulation points are dated and moved to storage with 3 days; (d) immediately ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with accumulation start dates; (e) immediately ensure adequate aisle space in hazardous waste storage area; (f)within 60 days provide written certification that the actions have been completed as required. PENALTY: Proposed penalty is $39,205.
