This school failed to comply with the requirements of the Asbetos in Schools rules by failing to perform the 3-year reinspection of the areas in the school that contain asbestos materials, once every three years. The most recent 3-year reinspection was performed on Juanuary 4, 1990, and none thereafter. Therefore, inspections were not performed in 1993, 1996, 1999 & 2002. The proposed penalty ws %5,500. The school is required to perform the inspection and submt compliance documents to EPA within 90 days of receiving the administrative civil complaint.
