'VIOLATION: 1) Respondent did not make timely application for permit coverage for conducted activities; 2) No development of a Pollution Prevention Plan; and 3) Respondent has no best management practices (BMPs) at the site. **RELIEF: 1) Within thirty days, Respondent shall make complete and correct application for permit and submit copy of application and coverage; 2) Within thirty days, take corrective action to correct deficiences and eliminate and prevent recurrence of violations; 3) Within thirty days, submit written report of specific actions taken; and 4) If complete correction of violations is not possible within thirty days, submit comprehensive plan to do so.
