'**VIOLATIONS: 1) Failing to collect such routine total coliform samples and failing to conduct such analyses; and 2) Failing to collect repeat total coliform samples and conduct repeat total coliform analyses within 24 hours of being notified of a positive total coliform analysis. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within 60 days, deliver water to the users of the water system with concentrations of fecal and total coliform bacteria not to exceed the maximum contaminant level (mcl); 2) Immediately begin to collect monthly routine total coliform samples at sites which are representative of water throughout the distribution system and to conduct total coliform analyses; 3) upon receipt of the AO, begin to collect total coliform samples and conduct repeat total coliform analysis within 24 hours of being notified of a positive total coliform analysis; and 4) Submit copies of records indicating compliance with the National Primary Drinking water Regulations.
