'**VIOLATIONS: 1) Delivering water that exceeded the maximum contaminant level (mcl) for coliform bacteria; and 2) Failing to collect such monthly routine total coliform samples and failing to conduct such analyses. **RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within 60 days, deliver water to the ulimate user of the water system with concentrations of fecal and total coliform not to exceed the mcl; 2) Immediately begin to collect monthly routine totla coliform samples at sites which are representative of water throughout the distribution system and to conduct total coliform analyses; and 3) Submit to EPA copies of records indicating compliance with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.
