RELIEF SOUGHT PURSUANT TO SECTION 113(A)(3)(B) OF THE CAA EPA ISSUED THE RESPONDENT A COMPLIANCE ORDER. THE ORDER REQUIRED THE RESPONDENT TO: 1) SUBMIT THE EQUIPMENT OWN- ER'S CERTIFICATION TO THE CFC PROGRAM COORDINATOR WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDER.
