THE ORDER REQUIRED THE RESPONDENT TO: 1) SUBMIT THE EQUIPMENT OWN- ER'S CERTIFICATION TO THE CFC PROGRAM COORDINATOR WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDER.
