10/17/91: ON JANUARY 27, 1989, EPA INSPECTED THE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF GARLAND. EPA DETERMINED THAT LEAKS FROM TWO PCB TRANSFORMERS WHICH HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN REMOVED HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED UP. ON OCTOBER 28, 1989, A PCB SPILL OCCURRED FROM A PCB LOCATED ON COUNTRY CLUB ROAD IN GARLAND. THIS SPILL WAS NOT TIMELY CLEANED UP.
