The importer has been advised that it must work with CBP to export or destroy the quantity of misbranded Toilet Block and Toilet Cleaner. The distribution or sale of misbranded pesticides, including the importation of such pesticides, is an unlawful act under Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(E).
