On 05/04/2022 Region 5 filed a Notice to Refuse Entry issued to CBP at the Port of Detroit. EPA states: Based on the information provided by CBP, EPA has made a determination that the quantity of 700 AirWatts Vacuums contained within this import shipment are misbranded. The label and labelling of the pesticide devices fail to contain an EPA Establishment Number and bears false or misleading claims related to the efficacy of the product. The distribution or sale of a misbranded device, including the importation of such device, is an unlawful act under Section 12(a)(1)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(F).
