Case summary

On February 28, 2020, Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) commencing and concluding an administrative matter under Section 16(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) with Continental Window & Glass Corporation (Continental).
