Case summary

The Administrative Consent Order (ACO) for Cytec Industries, Inc., Kalamazoo, Michigan (Cytec) addresses violations of the Michigan SIP. Specifically, Cytec constructed the facility in 2005 and expanded the facility in 2012, without obtaining a permit to install for installation, construction, or operation of methanol emitting equipment.
