Case summary

On March 21, 2017, EPA conducted a compliance evaluation inspection at the facility and determined that Aldrich failed to comply with certain conditions and requirements of RCRA. In response to a notice of violation, which was issued to the facility on August 30, 2017, the Respondent indicated that each of the violations had been corrected. In this ESA, Aldrich Chemical agreed to pay a civil penalty of $5,000 to resolve five alleged violations.
