On April 27, 2017 an authorized EPA Investigator conducted a compliance investigation at Prairie States Warehouse and found Prairie States Warehouse not in compliance with the Risk Management Program (RMP) in section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act. Based on this inspection EPA determined that Prairie States Warehouse failed to adequately maintain the ongoing integrity of processing equipment as required by the RMP.
