Specifically, it was found that RSM 1) failed to provide hazardous waste management training to its employees in 2015, 2) failed to determine if a waste generated on its site was a hazardous waste, 3) failed to maintain the final signed copies of its hazardous waste manifests and land disposal restriction forms, and 4) failed to properly label containers that were storing used oil. RSM has agreed to pay a $5,000 civil penalty to resolve this matter, and has demonstrated that it is now in compliance with the applicable RCRA regulations.
