EPA has alleged in an ESA that Pioneer Metal Finishing (MIR000044644) failed to do the following: remove waste from storage prior to reaching the 6,000-kilogram small quantity generator limit; mark the start date of accumulation and/or hazardous waste numbers on a total of six containers; post emergency information by a phone; document waste determinations; label one container of used oil; and, properly manage universal waste. The failures to properly mark containers, to post emergency equipment, and to document waste determinations were identified during two inspections.
