On July 13, 2016, an EPA inspector conducted a compliance inspection of Respondent's facility to determine its compliance with the Risk Management Program (RMP). EPA determined that Respondent (1) failed to establish a system to promptly address the Process Hazard Analysis team's findings and recommendations, assure those are resolved in a timely manner and that is documented, document what actions are to be taken, complete actions as soon as possible and develop a written schedule of when these actions are completed.(2) Respondent failed to promptly determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit.
