The SEP requires that Allnex route emissions from intermediate storage tanks to either the existing scrubber or to a newly installed scrubber that achieves and maintains a removal efficiency of 90%. Allnex USA has agreed to spend at least $287,000 to implement the project. This CAFO resolves violations alleged in a Notice of Violation and Finding of Violation issued September 17, 2013.
