Case summary
Welsch violated the fugitive particulate matter emission requirements of 35 Ill. Admin. Code Part 212, Subpart K of the Illinois State Implementation Plan (SIP) at its facility located at 2330 South Morgan Street, in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. This Order requires Welsch to complete repaving of its facility grounds and to update its fugitive particulate matter emissions program. This settlement resolves the May 23, 2014 Notice of Violation issued to Welsch.
