EPA v. CAW LANE PROPERTY SITE - ADMIN ORDER ON CONSENT (CERCLA)
Case summary
AOC for removal action. According to the Guide to Calculating Environmental Benefits from EPA Enforcement Cases: (FY2014 Update) page 36 (2-11), the contaminated drums being removed in this cleanup should be reported in pounds as the units, with land as the media affected. However because these options are not available in the ICIS reporting as is, we recorded the volume in cubic yards, and soil as the media effected.
