Case summary

On February 3, 2017, EPA filed a CAFO to commence and conclude an enforcement action against The Bellepoint Company LLC for violations of the Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule. Bellepoint conducted renovation activities in target housing in/around Columbus, Ohio between 2014 and 2015, prior to obtaining firm certification.
