Pursuant to a referral from U.S. EPA Headquarters, Region 5 alleges that Tradebe Treatment and Recycling, LLC. (Tradebe's) annual reports of exported hazardous waste contained inaccuracies regarding the types and amounts of exported hazardous waste for the years 2011, 2013, and 2014, in violation of 40 C.F.R. � 262.56(a). In addition, Region 5 alleges that Tradebet failed to include the state or federal hazardous waste codes for eight hazardous wastes shipped in 2014, in violation of 40 C.F.R. � 262.54.
