Case summary
On February 1, 2016, EPA and The Home City Ice Company (Respondent) entered into a CAFO resolving Respondent's violations of Sections 311 and 312 of EPCRA at its facility in Cleves, Ohio. Home City failed to submit MSDSs as required by Section 311 for oil and sulfuric acid to the SERC, LEPC, and fire department. In addition, Home City failed to file Tier II inventory reports to the SERC, LEPC and fire department for calendar years 2012,2013 and 2014 as required by Section 312.
