Case summary
EPA issued the Delta Facility a Notice of Violation (NOV) on April 17, 2015. The NOV alleged that the Delta Facility failed to meet the monitoring and/or recordkeeping requirements identified in its PTIO for a fabric filter bag leak detection system in violation of its PTIO. Additionally, EPA issued the Mansfield Facility a NOV on February 25, 2016. The NOV alleged that a baghouse at the Mansfield Facility did not have a pressure gauge and various other baghouses did not record the pressure drop in violation of its PTIO. The Administrative Consent Order requires Bunting to comply with the Ohio State Implementation Plan and its Permit to Install and Operate. Specifically, Bunting will be installing a bag leak detection system and perform a stack test at its Delta facility.
