Case summary
The Administrative Consent Order (ACO) for Utica East Ohio Midstream LLC, Kensington, Ohio addresses violations regarding the Standards of Performance for Crude Oil and Natural Gas Production, Transmission and Distribution at 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart OOOO. This ACO requires Utica East Ohio Midstream LLC to implement a compliance program within three months that includes a leak detection and repair audit program with monitoring, tracking and corrective action provisions, as well as include non-regulated equipment on tanks into their Leak Detection and Repair Program. The ACO addresses the violations set forth in the finding of violation issued to Utica East Ohio Midstream LLC on April 8, 2015
