Respondent failed to comply with the following regulations required for training providers. 1.) Failure by training manager to provide EPA with notification of all renovator courses offered at least 7 business days prior to the start date of any renovator course in violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c)(13)(i). 2.) Failure of a training manager to provide EPA with notification of renovator courses offered no later than 10-business days following course completion in violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c)(14)(i). 3.) Failure of a training manager to provide post-training notification to EPA that includes a digital photograph of each student in violation of 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c)(14)(ii)(D)(6). Respondent has agreed to settle in the form of an Expedited Settlement Agreement.
