Case summary
On July 28, 2013, an authorized USEPA representative conducted a compliance inspection of the Bridgeview Aerosol, LLC Bridgeview, Illinois refrigerated warehouse to determine its complaince with CAA RMP regulations promulgated with Section 112r(7) of the Clean Air Act. EPA detertmined that 1) Respondent failed to conduct timely and adequate process hazard analysis revalidation; 2)Respondent failed to prepare and maintain training records; 3) failed to timely conduct a compliance audit every three years; and 4) failed to document an appropriate response to each finding of the compliance audit. Respondent agreed to this ESA and a civil penalty of $6,100.00 to be paid to USEPA. The penalty wa spaid on September 24, 2014.
