The respondent was the operator of the Remote Truck Loading Rack located at approixmately 4952 West 63rd Street, Chicago, Illinois, and EPA conducted an inspection of the respondent's facility and determined that they had not submitted their Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory forms for calendar years 2009 and 2010 for a 12,000 gallon diesel fuel tank and an 8,000 gallon jet fuel tank at the remote truck loading rack. This has since been corrected. Skytanging agreed in this ESA to correct all violations and pay a $2,000.00 civil penalty. That check has been received.
