Case summary
Gavilon has agreed to install an additional baghouse to install DDG ingredient pits at the facility. There will now be two baghouses at the facility. One will control the grain pit (#3) and the other one will control the two ingredient pits. The baghouses will also be used to control emissions generated during intermodal container load out. Gavilon is also complying with the grain elevator rules by conducting housekeeping, treating the roadways and keeping housekeeping records.
