Case summary

EPA requested additional information regarding the shipment to be imported to the United States. Specifically, EPA was interested in determining if devices were also included in the shipment for which no NOA was submitted to EPA prior to the arrival of the shipment to the United States. Based on communications with the broker-agent, EPA was informed that the importer no longer wished to import the shipment and would export the shipment. EPA recommended to CBP that the shipment be denied entry-refused delivery.
