Respondent agreed to a civil penalty of $26,093, and agreed to perform a SEP within six weeks of the date of this CAFO designed to protect the environment by assisting the Traverse City Fire Department with the purchase of a Polaris all-terrain vehicle, including a trailer and communication equipment for wild land medical, fire and rescue. The Respondent agreed to spend at least $45,426 to assist in the purchase of said equipment.
