Case summary

On February 18, 2009, USEPA conducted an RMP CAA 112 (r)(7) compliance inspection of Dynamic Metal Treating International, Inc. d/b/a Dynamic Surface Technologies International, Inc., located in Canton, Michigan. The inspection identified deficiencies with the facility’s process safety information, process hazard analysis, operating procedures, mechanical integrity program, and compliance audits.
