On June 6, 2012 ATF Holdings d/b/a Header Products, through their attorney, submitted a voluntary disclosure of potential violations of EPCRA 311, 312 and 313 under the interim New Owners Audit Policy. Violations included 1.) failure to submit MSDSs for lubricants and a list of hazardous chemicals to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department; and 2.) failure to submit Tier II forms for calendar year 2011 to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department by March 1, 2012. The faciity failed to file Form R's from 2007-2010
