On 6/28/2012 during an EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection, it was discovered that this facility had on site 120,000 lbs of slag, 120,000 lbs of cement, 18,602 lbs of calcium chloride and an undetermined amount of sand and fly ash during calendar years 2008 - 2011. The facility failed to submit Tier II forms for these substances for calendar years 2008 - 2010. The facility submitted their first Tier II form on 6/22/2012 for calendar year 2011 and did not include the fly ash or sand.
