Case summary
The Consent Decree Modification includes more than $30 million in sulfuric acid mist emission controls and includes associated emission limitations that will result in an over 1,300 tons per year reduction in sulfuric acid mist and substantial particulate matter reductions from SIGECO's two coal-fired electric generating facilities in southern Indiana, F.B. Culley Generating Station and A.B. Brown Generating Station. The Consent Decree Modification also includes removal of an SO2 scrubber bypass and installation and continuous operation of particulate matter CEMS.
