In consideration of and in exchange for EPA's release and waiver of any lien it has or may have under Section 107(r) of CERCLA with respect to the property, GTRAC, LLC agrees to pay the sum of $15,000 to the EPA within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement. Checks will be made payable to EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund and shall be deposited into a Special Account that will be established for the site.
