Case summary
Blue Tee Corp., on behalf of American Zinc, Lead and Smelting Company and American Zinc Company of Illinois, shall undertake a Remedial Design to produce a detailed set of plans and specifications for implementation of the Remedial Action selected in EPA's September 11, 2012 Record of Decision for the Old American Zinc Plant Superfund Site. Within 60 days after the Effective Date, Respondent shall pay to EPA its 77.5% share of $33,181.28 ($25,715.49), and as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date the United States on behalf of SFA shall pay to EPA its 22.5% share of $33,181.28 ($7,465.79) for EPA Interim Response Costs.
