Case summary
Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance inspections were conducted at two Merit Energy facilities - Kalkaska, MI (9/15/2010) and Milford, MI (6/1/2011). During these inspections it was discovered that Merit Energy had failed to implement complete Risk Management Programs at both facilities thus constituting several violations of CAA 112(r)(7).
