This enforcement action was filed in response to the following four chemical releases: 1.) 8/5/2010 - 48,000 lbs of sulfuric acid; 2.) 2/26/2011 - 33,770 lbs of sulfuric acid; 3.) 7/21/2011 - 19,964 lbs of sulfuric acid; and 4.) 7/4/2011 - 111 lbs of hydrogen sulfide. In all four cases, the NRC was notified two or more hours after the releases occurred.
