EPA is issuing an Administrative Compliance Order (ACO) Bristol-Myer Squibb Company and Amylin Ohio, L.L.C.?s (jointly, BMS) Hamilton facility for self-disclosed violations of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Pharmaceuticals Production. Amylin Ohio, LLC is owned and operated by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMS) due to a recent purchase. BMS submitted the self-disclosure through EPA's New Owner Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy.
