On 6/8/2012, Vuteq disclosed violations to EPCRA 311/312 in that they failed to submit Tier II forms for calendar year 2011 including sulfuric acid to the Indiana SERC, the Gibson County LEPC and the Princeton Indiana Fire Department. Vuteq has since come into compliance and has satisfied all the criteria in the EPA's Self Disclosure Policy. Consequently, EPA has granted a 100% reduction in the gravity-based penalties.
