EPA v. MEYER STEEL DRUM INC

Case summary

Meyer Steel Drum (Meyer) failed to comply with the requirements of a construction permit issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency relating to its regenerative thermal oxidizer. Additionally, Meyer violated an EPA Section 114 Information Request by failing to provide all responsive documentation.
